I'm getting used to this exercise biking thing. I sit there for hours infront of the tv, pedalling away. I watch the most pointless movies, but it relieves the boredom.

I was looking at somebody else's journal and think I might start trying to build up my tolerance for crunches and pushups and streches like that, so when I lose this layer of disgusting fat, I'll have nicely toned muscles.

I have got to start skipping dinner. But the last time I started doing that my mum got concerned. Even though I am NOT EVEN UNDERWEIGHT. *sigh*
