Am back from Crete! What an awesome, awesome vacation. There's no need to give a blow-by-blow, since we didn't do anything out of the ordinary - sunbathed, ate out, went on lots of trips - and I always feel that visuals are much better when you talk about vacations, so I'll hold off until we get the pictures up on the computer. I think we took ( Read more... )

Isn't it amazing how much better you feel when you eat right and exercise? I've been hearing that all my life, and it just seems like so much work, but wow, when you really do it? There's nothing better.

Congratulations on both the accomplishments and the upcoming surgery.

It makes such a difference. It's hard to believe how little it takes to feel good when you go to bed at night.

Thank you very much. :)

I'm glad to read that you are enjoying running :). It's my absolute favorite past-time. It's a great way to relieve stress, clear your mind, &the staying healthy is my bonus.

I'm definitely looking into the Supreme Pilates because although I've been doing Winsor Pilates; I'm looking to stepping it up a notch.

Congrats on your upcoming surgery &may it turn out just as you'd like!

Yeah, once you get into the habit of running, it's such a great form of exercise. What's kept me from it before was that I never took the time to get used to it. It was always like, this is too tough, I can't do it. But it gets easier the more in shape you get. :)

Ooh. You know, I wonder how much difference there is on Supreme Pilates and Winsor Pilates. I'm not sure one is harder than the other, they're just different kinds of pilates. I could be wrong, though. I definitely love mine, though.

Thank you very much! And thank you for the nice comment. :)

Thank you! I'm crossing my fingers I'll lose it in time.

Really? That's awesome! Do you remember the city at all? I loved it a lot, one of the best vacation spots I've ever been in. :)

Sadly I don't remember it a lot, other than the hotel we stayed at. A small one, and I think it was called, like, Michael's or something. Googling it I think it may not have been an actual hotel, but more like a small rented apartment instead, Michael's Apartments, and I even found a picture. :D Well, that was random. I should maybe visit again someday, I'm sure it would look different 16+ years later. :)
