hhhaha, so erm.
last night at the deli, working... it was oh-so-incredibly-BUSY! i think i was serving customers for nearly two hours straight. nothing else just slicing meats. it's never been like that before. but i kind of liked it. i wasn't really in the mood for doing much else. so then Jose said if it was going to be this busy for the rest of the night that i should just start cleaning now. so i did. i cleaned. made some pizzas because we ran out. then i cleaned some more. went on my break. read. reading a really good book right now. twilight by stephanie meyer. it's a vampire thing so of course i like it, right? after my break i cleaned some more. and then at eight POOF! the power went out in the entire store. with the power out we couldn't really do anything except clean so that's what we did. just kept on cleaning. i started to clean one of the slicers and just took my time. then i faced the products. i did that about twenty times last night just to waste time. then after about a half hour dan came by to tell us just to close the deli early since they probably wouldn't be able to fix the power in time, so we cleaned the other slicer. and that was that. then begun the facing until about ten after nine because i was still supposed to stay until my scheduled hour even though we were closed. when i got to the staffroom it was pitch black so this other girl had her cell phone and we were trying to use it as a flashlight. it was so funny. left the store. called kate while i was waiting to be picked up. stupid moment on my part because i could've waited inside the store but instead i chose to wait outside. so while i was on the phone with kate this guy comes up to me tells me not to cry and asks me if i have a light for his cigarette. i said no. he got really pissed, told me to fuck off then pulled a lighter out of his pocket and walked away. i was like....okay.
went home. ate. chatted online. slept.
