DARK KNIGHT. If you haven't seen it, *GO SEE IT NOW.* It's worth every penny you pay for it and that much more.
If you're into psychological thrillers; if you're into the darker side of humanity; if you loved the first movie; if you think that dementia and the human mind and its concepts of rationality are at all worth exploring; if you are prepared to sit (literally) at the edge of the seat through two-and-a-half hours of clammy palms and cold sweat, then DARK KNIGHT is a must-see.
If not a single one of those aspects appeal to you in the least bit...you should use the two-and-a-half hours to see a therapist.
Although you might have to after seeing the movie anyway. I don't think I could sit through it again, that's how disturbing and absolutely mind-blowing it was.
And going into the dark, silent theater, don't forget...
...WHY SO SERIOUS?
Amen. If you see it, we should talk. *Seriously.*
(If I had a mind-blown icon, I would have totally used it.)
