(Tip on the top chocolate layer/Oreo layer--make sure you melt your chocolate sufficiently, unlike me. Actually, I melted it on way too high a heat and my chocolate seized, so it ended up gooping on the top layer, which meant that it didn't flow into the cracks and the whole brownie didn't stick together very well. So word to the wise to melt your chocolate until it's pure liquid!)

I just omitted the cocoa powder and followed the directions--made a better cookie, imo :)
