Please read these first!
Shipping
-We will ship internationally but note that the shipping cost will be higher.
-All items are shipped from England (UK).
-The prices do not include shipping, this will be added to the total cost, please bear this in mind when ordering.
-We are not held responsible for any lost or damaged items. That it out of our control. However, we do try our best to secure a safe shipping to you.
-We will try to ship within 1-7 days of recieveing payment and we will notify you when your order has been shipped/will be shipped.
-Please be patient while waiting for your items. We try to get items to you quickly and safely, but we cannot be held responsible for slow post. If your items haven't arrived in two weeks after we shipped them out, please e-mail one of us.
-We use the Royal Mail website to calculate our shipping costs.
Payment Methods
-Paypal. Small fees may apply. Paypal payments to be paid within 3 days.
-Concealed Cash (UK only) - At your own risk!
-You have 1 week to send CC.
-All prices are in $USD but please make payments in £GBP
-We have to recieve payment before we ship out.
-Items go back up for sale if not paid within the required time.
-Please notify one of us when you've paid.
Sales
-Use the supplied order form when making a purchase.
-We can hold items, but no longer than 5 days.
-Please do not back out of your order once you have confirmed. No deadbeats! D<
-If you're no longer interested in an item, please tell us.
-Once you've paid, that's it. No refunds, no exchanges, you can't back out now!
Other
-Please remember that this shop is owned by two different people. This means that you may well be buying items owned by two different people, which means that you might be recieving two different packages and have to pay two different people. We will notify you if this is the case.
-Please allow 1-4 days for us to respond to e-mails.
-In turn, please reply to our e-mails within 1-4 days. ;)
-We are not held responsible if you do not read and comply with these terms and conditions.
-Please do not waste our time!
-I (Chloe) post on my personal account (chloizzle) and Fern posts on hers (pockettedoll). We hope this will make things less confusing when ordering. xD haha.
