I finally made my fava beans that I got in my CSA last week. They had a nutty flavor. It was odd and took a few bites to decide if I liked them lol But they were good. I just took them from the pods and had them with a bit of garlic salt and pepper (and evoo of course) Also tried them with a bit of italian dressing.
