So I finished mega early today, because I've seen all my patients. Remember all those dictations I was saying I had to do? Yeah, well I did them, so I don't have to do any more today, therefore... I'VE FINISHED WORK BEFORE 7:30. It's a freaking miracle.

Anyway, I come home and I realise that I'm famished and I look in the fridge and find it looking
