They're just paint markers, but they're nice because they're from KRINK, a paint company started up by a guy that actually tags, or at least used to. I think KR works on other projects now.

Whenever I'm in Chicago I can tag up wooden benches, corner mail boxes, and basically anything that's not paper.

Graff is a subculture everywhere. You won't find it in every city you go to.

Oh, and there are plenty of taggers that tag just to spread their name around when they really don't have much to offer. Then there's others like artist Banksy that make it political.

Oh, I know it's not just politics but I said political to generalize it in the sense that people will look at his stuff and talk about it. & I haven't heard of core II, but reminds me of Cope2 from NY.

Are you by Kiev by any chance? There should be graff in large cities, you just have to look hard.
