So Hannah was FINALLY able to hear back from Metrocon about the trip to New York and NYAF last night. We are leaving next thursday evening and coming back monday night. Dude, METROCON had nothing to do with the delay. It was NYAF. If you're going to bitch about someone, make sure you have the facts straight. -_-

Aside from that, I used to go to New York (Manhatten) all the time when I was little. I'd imagine it's changed quite a bit since then, but I still remember it. *shrug* It was nice. Even in summer I remember it being cool outside often, but again this was years ago. Having the ability to walk virtually everywhere was pretty nice. The subway and bus system is fairly reliable and goes just about everywhere, too.
