(no subject)
I chatted with Wen Feng online, partly in English and partly in pinyin. It was fun. At first I couldn't remember who she was but once I saw her picture on facebook I remembered. We had a nice chat. We discussed some books and her job and whatnot. It was nice and I hope to chat with her and some of the other girls we met in China soon.
I drove to and from Fox Chapel today without a problem. I changed lanes and got up to high speeds and whatnot. I just need to get down parallel parking. People need to stop drawing me pictures and telling me the best way to do it and just let me try it and figure out my own way.
I figured out the sewing machine with my mom's help. I sewed a little satchet filled with lavendar. I bought stuff for making a curtain for my new room and stuff for a pillow or two. I want to make one for me and one for Will.
I chatted with Will a bit and I miss him a ton. He doesn't like talking on the phon every much though, and tonight there were a lot of silences, but I know part of it is just that he's very tired.
I'm ready to go back to school though and start exercising regularly again and go to all my new classes and see all my old friends and live without my parents hoovering by me. I like my parents but I don't know that I can live with them for any extended periods of time anymore. I have the same rules as I did when I was 16 or so. But I'm not 16 anymore. I also just don't have any place where I can just be left alone. My mom will call me from whatever I'm doing to do a chore for her. She'll even lecture me while I'm going to the bathroom. Sigh.
I'm going to go read for a bit and then go to bed. Navy Blue is sleeping over tonight although he doesn't want to sleep on my bed with me. But I'll probably have to wake up early (or semi-early) to take him out in the morning. Then I want to finish painting my room, possibly exercise, practice parallel parking, and babysit from 4:30-7:30 pm.
