I'm a little annoyed with myself.
After my trip to Korea, I just fell out of the habit of working out consistently and as a result, I've lost about 10 pounds of muscle mass. Granted my clothes seem to fit better because I'm not all bulky with muscle, I miss having muscles.
At my age, I'm not sure if I'll be able to get all of it back. Those days of steroid like muscle growth have long since passed. I could take steroids, but that seems too easy. It's called working out for a reason.
