I got this file from a clubbox and encoded the rmbv to avi. It's a capture from the Taiwanese TV station TVBS-G and has Chinese subtitles. The air date was given as December 8th 2001, which is probably the Taiwanese air date. I couldn't find a non-subbed file or better quality so far. ;_;
