Today at work -I counted and interviewed in a train- I overheard some woman speak English with a really heavy German accent.
That is, I came close to her and her friend (some southern Asian guy) and heard some of it. And paused because I was trying to figure out if she actually spoke English or if my mind was playing tricks on me. And she said to me in German 'We don't want to answer your questions!' (in a pretty rude tone, too) and I replied 'Alright, of course!', she nodded, but I paused there anways (because I was super tired already and still hadn't figured out if she actually meant that to be English xD;) and she then repeated the phrase (really, like a primary school teacher. you know. the kind of person who thinks everyone else is daft and needs to be patronised)
..... and I think she repeated it a third time, too.

I didn't tell her that her English sucked big time. (Really. Ever heard anyone saying 'vif' for 'with'? Ugh. And most of the time she just directly translated German speech patterns to English.)

Oh, and I also spoke to two Chinese students (and eavesdropped on their conversation 8D) and also two Southern African tourists who were really funny and mixed up German and English and a bit of Afrikaans on the way to talk to me. I kind of started to 'collect' foreigners I interviewed. :D

Tired now. I WANT SHOKURA WAI ISN'T THERE SHOKURA.
