i hate when you do something for someone and you receive no appreciation for that thing and in the end just get someone else mad at you. It sucks
But anyway there was this story all over the news today about this father and son who were rescued from the ocean, and it's like the news shouldn't even be talking about this.
The father is a complete dumb ass. He was letting his 14 year old autistic son swim by himself in the ocean without a life vest. Also at the time of day when he could have, and was swept away by a current. And it's hurricane season. So the current is going to be severe. Absolutely idiotic.
A news network showed the father on tv, and he was acting like a total asshole, he was hamming it up for the cameras. He was totally a hillbilly. They didn't even show the son. And then on the article at CNN.com, he was quoted as saying "the Coast Guard Rocks". So fucking articulate. Like yeah they do rock, because they save dumbasses like you from dieing.
I guess my point is people need to be more considerate of their safety while they are on the ocean. Almost all incidents of people getting lost at sea and what not could be prevented if people took the proper precautions.
They think oh look the ocean it's nice and pretty, it won't me. No, the ocean is fucking big and scary and has the capability to destroy you.
I just really hate stupid people.
