VERY IMPORTANT HBP MIDNIGHT SHOWING QUESTION!!
Okay guys I really need your help. I got my tickets for Harry Potter at midnight tomorrow night and I'm going with 6 other people. We'd prefer to sit together but splitting up 3 and 3 would not be the most tragic thing ever. I only know one of the girls really well and I kind of know two more of them so I would prefer to sit in a group with everyone or at least my one friend.
We have no idea what time to show up at the theater. It just dawned on me. Two summers ago when OotP came out my brothers and I got there 25 minutes early and were by far the first people in the theater. I figure at midnight it's die hard fans and quite a different crowd.
I live in a pretty large suburban area, it's kind of like a small city, about midway between Philadelphia, PA and Lancaster, PA. We have three area theaters, two of which are having midnight showings. Plus if you drive about 20 minutes there are loads of other theaters including an IMAX one that are having late night viewings.
I'm thinking we wanna show up around 10:30, 10:45 at the latest, but to those of you who live in similar suburban areas when are you planning on going. Especially those of you who have already gone.
I'm going to call the theater tomorrow but as of now I'm totally clueless. Yahoo answers is telling me anything from 8 pm (I'd prefer not to go then) to 11:30 pm. But I guess it really depends where you sit. I don't think we're a picky group but I really don't think we're the front row crowd either.
