I can't believe it's been seven years since John and I were married. It can't possibly have been that long! We're still approaching new situations and learning things about each other almost every single day . I know that I love this man so much more today than I did seven years ago, and I'm glad I have him to call my husband. He is my comfort, my best friend and my ultimate support system. What we have is what I always imagined marriage would be when I was a little girl; we're a unit. We're JohnandAmanda. We can look at each other and know what the other is thinking (most of the time). We finish each others' sentences. When we walk by each other, we reach out just to lightly touch one another, to acknowledge and comfort. Hell, we even fall asleep holding hands. I would not be who I am today without him in my life. I'm still amazed that he picked me. He wants me. That just blows my mind. I'm the luckiest girl in the world to have a man like him.
