I wish I could understand why I know that I need to wear my glasses when I'm reading books, and I know that I need to wear my glasses when I'm reading documents for research on my computer at work, but I can't seem to comprehend that I also need to wear them when I'm sitting in my bed reading
Oh No They Didn't! and
Television Without Pity on my computer. I guess the whole one contact thing will solve that after next week. So that's good, I guess.
So what's new with me? A whole lot of nothing. The end of the semester and exams are rapidly approaching and I am woefully unprepared. I'll be okay though. I still have time...
I went and saw
The Peaceful Warrior with my mom last weekend. I wasn't really in the mood to go see it, but I'm glad I did. It was good. Although for the first couple minutes, I couldn't get Scotty Doesn't Know, from EuroTrip, out of my head. Scott Mechlowitz (or however his last name is spelled) will always be Scott from EuroTrip. But I moved past it and he did a really good job. Oh, and Donny (I think that was his character's name?) from a first season episode of The O.C. was in it. You know, Donny - the guy that worked at that restaurant with Ryan who shot Luke at the party at Holly's beach house? How sad is it that I remember all of that? Wow. Anyway, the previews reminded me how much I'm looking forward to seeing
Knocked Up. I LOVE Seth Rogen. Seriously. If you think he's just that weird dude from The 40 Year-Old Virgin, watch Freaks and Geeks, particularly the episode called The Little Things. He's awesome. On a really tenuously related note: I'm also super excited for
Fanboys. I am a huge dork. And I said tenuously related because Jay Baruchel is in it and he played Steven Karp on Undeclared. But then I just remembered that Seth Rogen has a cameo in the movie, so it's even more related. Haha.
Awesome.
