What's an image song? You can read the complete description here, but the first sentence sums it up: A song specific in content and tone to a character from an anime, sung by the character's voice performer - usually on a soundtrack CD. As you can see, it's strictly an anime thing, but since I became a fan of BTR after watching Ouran High School Host Club, I've been thinking about what songs (or kinds of songs) the showverse characters would sing that would be "their" song or something like that like Shot in the Dark is BTR's show-verse image song. You could also see this as a mini fanmix.
Kendall Knight's song suggestions were the hardest to come up with surprisingly. Even though Knight is the most similar to Schmidt, I couldn't picture Knight singing the songs Schmidt usually covers. I went through all of Kendall's covers on Youtube and Heffron Drive's songs trying to find something that could describe Knight's character. I came up with two:
I would say James Diamond already has an image song. In BTAudition, he sang Smokey Robinson & The Miracles' Tracks of My Tears. Conclusion: James Diamond really needs therapy.
I immediately equated Honey from Ouran to Garcia because they're so cheerful and happy. In Honey's image song, he sings about cake, his plushie bunny, and his cousin Mori. I imagine in Garcia's version, he'd sing about corndogs, his helmet, and James. Warning: the following song may give you diabetes. Ayaka Saitō-Doki Doki Waku Waku
Poor Logan Mitchell. He never gets taken seriously and is the unofficial butt-monkey of the group. This song doesn't help. It's a little too obvious but he cross-dressed four times so far in the show and was mistaken for a girl by Babylace.
Big Time Rush-Intermission. The most logical explanation is that it's about Mitchell and Camille. I personally like to think it's about Knight and Mitchell.
