In this wacky episode, James is plagued with the "Fever", a disease that affects Hollywood's hottest celebs. For James, it is being tan, or rather, being "Mangerine." The boys of BTR are in charge of curing James, but instead, Carlos and Logan fall victim to the "Fever" as well. Now, it is up to Kendall, Kelly, and Gustavo to cure the boys before the "Fever" breaks up the band.
