Monthly Wrap Up: Party Post

Hey Guys! So it's the end of the month again. Came fast, huh?! (That's what he said.) We've got a lot to cover in this post so I'm going to jump right in, okay? No foreplay.
This month candidcanoe started us off with a beautiful Kogan fanmix about often seen tropes in Kogan fanfic. Late Nights was exitxemergency's theme of choice for this month's member recs, and there are some fantastic fics to keep YOU up Late at Night over THERE, so if you missed it check it out. deadpetsparky arted it up amazingly for this month's Ask The Artist, and stoodupforlove bared her soul about her writing for the first time in this month's Ask The Author.
Our very first BIG TIME BUZZ, the new monthly/bi-weekly update on interesting news and happenings in the Real Life Goings On of BTR, was posted by squoctobird, who will continue to be our resident gumshoe for such things. (This is insanely awesome, btw.)
btrfuntime did another post in conjunction with bigtimebang to further provide fun and interactive ways to get excited about the upcoming bigbang HERE. The Anon-Share (which was pretty kickass) will be closed to comments as of tomorrow, but you can always go to the post to psych yourself up for what's to come! btrfuntime also did a Collaborative Kink Meme with btr_kink. This was not quite as successful (hence the lack of link), however we will not stop trying to collaborate with other comms, as it is important to us to be able to create a space that feels interactive and representative of all of fandom, kink included!
We finished off the month strongly with another stunning playlist, this one Kames themed, from smoshluv13, an entertaining, and delicious, Jett Stetson Appreciation Post from lielabell, and quite an interesting post on RolePlaying in Fandom from the lovely, and new to LJ, anim3fan4ever (ie. Jeremy).
Phew! Along with all of that, it happens that btrfuntime's 6 month anniversary passed on the 18th! Both fever_play and myself would like to sincerely thank all of you amazing members for what you've done and how you've participated. This community truly would be nothing without you. As always, PLEASE feel free to contact us through any channel you feel comfortable with (e-mail, pm, tumblr, twitter, comments) to tell us how you feel about the regular posting schedule, any posts we've initiated that you don't like, or anything else you feel needs to be addressed.
