I know, I know, het. Blame queenitsy. She totally converted me to this ship by fangirling everywhere about it. XD
The obvious scene of choice with these two is the one in Big Time Girlfriends where James is helping Camille rehearse for the robot princess audition.
"I don't care if she's a robot! I'm in love with her!"
I also enjoy the episode where Camille and James audition for Witches of Rodeo Drive together, a clear parody of Wizards of Waverly Place.
