1 BR sublease in a 2 BR/1 Bath apartment
Hello, fair people! Due to various reasons, I must vacate my current residence, and I'm looking for someone to sublease for Spring '08 or ASAP (starting in November).
I will lure you first by letting you know that it's VERY CLOSE to campus, located two blocks south of 3rd and Indiana (the law school). There is a residents-only parking lot, and rent is $350/month + electric and cable (internet, not TV). My current roommate is very nice, and I will miss her when I go!
I am also offering a cash incentive!!

+ 2nd floor apartment, laundry facilities available on the bottom floor
+ Garbage disposal and dishwasher in kitchen
+ Nice-sized living room and kitchen, plenty of light
+ Bedrooms are equal sized, although I think the one I'm giving up is slightly bigger
+ One bathroom with a full bath/shower
+ Central air
