What's been happening recently?

fleetfootmike, demoneyes and I met on Sunday 7 July 2013 to discuss how we were going to proceed with this project and what needed to be done, and by when etc. I have prepared detailed notes of the meeting.

A site visit to the performance venue before the Worldcon is vital.
Speaking as the person who did the HarmUni site visit, abso-bloody-lutely!

Check out possible rehearsal venues, e.g. the pub in Walthamstow being
used by the nMC for their July and August rehearsals.
Note that the upstairs room in that pub (where the folk club is held) is also used as a professional theatre. Possibly usable for e.g. the last pre-con rehearsal?

Who's the best person to talk to, to learn more about the character of the Sage? Being the character that mine (the RM) mainly interacts with, I need to learn a bit more about him to get a better handle on how their relationship works, especially for staging "I Cannot Understand".

I'm assuming the best source for insights (and indeed gossip!) about the Rumour Monger is Zander...?

I would suggest talking to Zander about both the Rumour Monger and the Sage, as he came up with both of them and found the link between them.

1} In the request to the Worldcon committee, please stress that BtD needs to be on a different day to the masquerade, as my assistant and I are both involved in that.
2) I think I could do with seeing the video too.
