Sick...And Digimon Frontier
Hey there, minna-san! How are you? Good? I hope so...
Ugh, all weekend, I was struck with something. Don't know what it was, but I had a fever, was dizzy and spent most of my time sleeping...even after completely waking up!
I got over it sometime yesterday, thank goodness...but I'd had to miss work while recovering. Which made me curse whatever struck me down and yell that it should've affected me today because it wouldn't matter if I missed work tomorrow since I have none! (It's Bendigo Cup, a public holiday...)
When I wasn't sleeping, I started my marathon of Digimon Frontier. I found all episodes and even the movie with subs, so yeah...pretty awesome there! I really do love hearing HiroC as Kouji, and I've finally been able to hear SuzuKen as Kouichi! I'm up to when the six of the chosen children find Ophanimon, but Cherubimon comes to stop them from freeing her. Kouji is still my fave character!
One of my fave scenes so far is when Takuya, Tomoki, Junpei and Izumi are trying to cheer Kouji up when he finds himself unsure of what it means to be a sibling (he and Kouichi had been apart since very young, so he had no idea he had a twin until they met in the Digital World). This happened after Takuya spoke about how he needs to be a better older brother, Tomoki mentions he needs to be more open with his older brother (who happens to be voiced by Taniyama Kisho *squee!*), Junpei and Izumi mention they'd like to have a younger brother/sister...
Patamon: I'd like to have a younger brother too!
Neemon: *to Bokomon* Better get to it, then!
Bokomon: As if I could!!
Oh, and when Bokomon was carrying the egg that held Patamon...my goodness, so much parental instinct! He even ate more than usual, claiming he was eating for two, and when the egg was about to hatch, he looked like he was in labour!! XDDD He called Patamon his "son-daughter" while Patamon calls him "Papa-Mama". D'aww~!
But, Patamon is actually the reincarnated Seraphimon, one of the three Angel Digimon, along with Ophanimon and Cherubimon. So, he's still gifted with Seraphimon's powers, even if still at the rookie stage. It's Neemon who usually points it out, while Bokomon keeps saying "oh, my child is so smart~!" XD
Anyway, I'll be continuing the marathon later on today, so...can't wait to see more!! It has been too many years since I saw this season of Digimon! (I was about 17 when it first aired on TV in Australia, I'd seen some episodes each morning leading to work experience at a TV station)

Thank goodness I'm better now, but the heat is picking up, so I'm certain more illnesses will be on the way. Ugh, I hate summer...
