Wow, K fans are like mass buying to get tickets to vote for their favorite character... Yeah, I would do it too (if I had money to burn off), not because I want my favorite character to be at the top, but for some other selfish petty reason.
Overall this is probably a more accurate way of determining which fans of a character has the most spending power. I'm sure GORA/GoHands is doing this because they want to be able to see which other characters besides Fushimi and Yata they can sell more merchandise from.
