I'm devastated. I lost the best friend I've had since we were pre-teens this morning. She'd been ill for a while, and when I couldn't reach her, I went to her house and found her. She'd only just passed, according to the officers I spoke to after I called 911. I'm so lost and I don't know what to do.

If I'm not too active here and elsewhere online for a little while, you all will know why.
