Sam watched as the night sky lit up with blossoms of bright red, yellow and blue. The fireworks danced and soared above him and his brother, sitting on the hood of the Impala.
This felt so… .right. He’d mentioned how much he’d missed seeing the night sky lit up like that, and Dean had done something about it.
Sam looked over at his elder brother and grinned. The beaming smile on Dean’s face was nearly as bright as the rockets showering them with color.
He bumped Dean’s shoulder. “Great idea, dude.”
Dean returned the gesture. “I love New Hampshire, Sammy.”
