Վերջապես լույս տեսավ մի գիրք Հայոց պատմության մասին առանց կեղծիքների ու աղավաղումի, որը պատմում է մեր ականավոր տաս թագավորների պատմությունը (անգլերեն), Երեւան, Զանգակ հրատարակչություն, 2012.
All major bookstores in Yerevan have it. I am sure, soon it will also reach other parts of the world. This is very good both for foreigners who can start to really understand, and thus appreciate, Armenian history and Armenian contribution to world civilization, as well as those Armenians who find it difficult or are unable to read in Armenian (and you know we have many who are like this). This is really a good one and like I said, is one of those rare ones that presents our history AS IT IS + through rich illustrations, photographs and documents (primary sources, so the “doubters” can “check” for themselves. An Armenian reading this book is going to be filled with a great deal of healthy, and not boastful, pride. And that is exactly what we need.
After so many books on genocide that instill an ongoing “victim mentality…” this is refreshing change which presents STRONG Armenian characters who are builders of great Civilizations that begin as radiating sun rays
from that original Cradle. Armenian leaders who erect benevolent kingdoms and empires for the propagation and defense of that Civilizing Culture not only throughout the region, but also throughout the world.
This is the Epilogue at the end of the book which beautifully features all of the great qualities of the Armenian kings described in the book and affirmed by their life and their deeds…The translation, is very smooth and natural. When you read the book you would never guess if you did not know that it was originally written in a different language
