I'm a bit (okay, completely) unclear how giving nine 10 people $5.5 million would "alleviate" victims of terrorism and hurricanes or help third world countries. Or why any company, let alone a multi-national organization like Texaco, would "randomly" pick those people by e-mail. Or why it would do so via a GMail account.

The previous incarnation of this made a little more sense. Not much, but a little.
