National Day of Eating
I hope everyone had a Happy National Day of Eating, or as it is also known, Thanksgiving. I think it has also become "Shopping Eve" but I don't do the Black Friday madness.
Here are a few photos of what I had to eat on Thursday.
Turkey - of course!
My favorite, the pumpkin pie.
I made this cran-raspberry jello salad to take to my grandma's house.
I also made some cornbread dressing (bottom right of pic). mischaos2511 made the Paula Deen Ooey Gooey Pumpkin Cake (left side of pic) and the sweet potato casserole (top of pic) to take to her mom's house.
Everything I had was very tasty, but way too much was consumed. Now on with the Christmas season!
