(no subject)
yo. the Clockwork Orange quote "hey hey hey there" didnt go over so well last time. i might have subconsciously made that line up and said it was in a movie or maybe its really in there.
i went to KrazyFest and saw the last three bands on Saturday. Dillinger Escape Plan sounds like the biggest mess imaginable when you first hear them. then you listen more closely and realize that it is the most complex, aggressive, brilliant thing you have ever heard. they play really loud hardcore but play in obscure time signatures and throw in unexpected style changes. Tiger Army...lets not talk about them. before the last band there was a long break where they played songs by bands like the Cure and New Order that probably nobody there but me liked. AFI closed the night. they played a great punk rock show. they are one of few bands i have seen where the members reach a full sprint while running across stage. their singer has the christ-figure act down a lot better than the singer from Creed.
i cut the sleeves off my Alien Workshop shirt. they didnt cover much of my arms anyway and i just wanted a sleeveless shirt. i have probably the worst looking arms to be showing off but its all good fun. i walk differently when i wear that shirt because it makes me think im tough so i put my arms further off to my side. my mom saw me wearing it and said that its the funniest thing shes ever seen, which means a lot because she never thinks things are funny.
ive seen quite a few people that had not been nice to me in awhile and they were nice to me. i appreciate that.
i need more clothes.
i got rid of my goldfish. and no, i didnt kill them. my parents gave them to some people who live by my grandparents. they have an outdoor fish pond. im sure they will be happier like that and so will i. a little advice: dont ever give someone a chore.
im leaving for a trip with my family until sunday. hopefully thats fun. dont miss me too much. actually i take that back; i hope you cant function without me.
