Exercise Wooes and attitude!

So to change my tune (I know I have been whiney and complaining alot lately).. I went to the gym today to get some exercise. I tried several times over the last 2 weeks but i had just been very very tired.

So i start hitting the weights and after the 3rd group I hit a wall. I just couldn't lift anymore. I usually do about 12 groups 2 times, then hit the eliptical for 15 min. Even when I have been sick, or missed a few weeks for some reason I can usually do the entire set. It just leaves me more winded. This time however I had no umph!.

I am pretty sure it is from stress, so I decided to call it quits for the day and try again tomorrow with just the Eliptical for 30. ;-) we shall see how that goes.

BTW, I am doing so much better :-) I have such a great support group of family and friends (including you all here at LJ of course) that I consider myself very very lucky. I know that whatever comes my way, I can make it through thanks in no small part to such a great group of people.
