I find this odd; Homes posted on Buy Owner are either way off the current market or very very old listings. I guess it makes sense in a way as these people are probably upsidedown in their loans so they probably don't have much choice. Way to expensive for my budget though.

I am finding plenty of decent homes in the realitor and newspaper listings.

Meh, go figure.
