Ill Again

My heath is really messed up. I realize it can be much worse as I have all my limbs, no terminal illnesses or serious conditions so for the most part I realize I am quite blessed. It is just these 3 particular things that make me feel I am on a merrygoround that I cannot get off of and it is effecting my work and life.

1. Weight: in itself it is not a huge deal as I enjoy working out 3+ times a week and eating healthy, this should not be a problem

The problem is the following 2 combined with #1

2. Back problems. Most likely either caused by #1 or when I dropped a keg on my foot when I was 16 while I was a bagboy at a local grocery store, I did not know the extent of the damage then, but I should have filed for workers comp. I just felt stupid that I actually dropped a keg of beer on my foot. Again, I was 16 and not to bright. Anyways I really started noticing back problems about 17 years ago, about the time my weight had gotten out of hand.

3. Allergies: you have all heard me talk about this redundantly, and you all know that the good news is that I have been sinus infection free for 3 months, well guess what.. just got an infection. That is ok though, I am just really surprised it took so long, that is actually good news.

Now for my point. I have been doing so well with improving my health, but 2 weeks ago I pulled a muscle, nerve, partial slipped disk etc and was not able to exercise for about a week. When that week was over, since I was not really mobile much, I got sick and a sinus infection, and here I am again, home from work and cannot exercise much. The good news though is that the severity of this infection is so much different and easier than before. I am still in that initial 2 days of being sick sick, but the infection itself doesn't seem to have the umph it has had in the past. Hopefully i will be feeling better by tomorrow and I will immediately start exercising to get my body moving.

Meh, life goes on.
