My somewhat exciting day off
Well yesterday was my day off, it was somewhat exciting. I went out to lunch with Christine. It was originally was supposed to be just us, but her boyfriend decided he wanted to come too (lame!). Anyway, we all went to Chipotle, which was pretty good. I ordered the chicken burrito, and it was sooo huge I couldn't finish it. After lunch, Christine dropped me off at home cuz she had to get to work. I pretty much didn't do anything else until much later in the day. At 9:00 I called Chris to see if he wanted to go see Batman Begins with me. We went to a 9:30 showing at Crow Canyon. Chris almost picked a fight with this douche bag who cut in front of us at the concession line (fucking prick). I didn't want to start a big scene, and I quickly calmed Chris down. The movie was most excellent, and pretty well done. Christian Bale made a good Batman. It was funny, cuz the only other movie I've seen him in is American Psycho, so watching him as a good guy was interesting. Liam Neison's character was cool too. Anyway, that was pretty much my day off.
Work went by without much excitement. They arrested some black mom with 2 kids who was trying to steal some DVDs by hiding them under the seat in her kids' stroller. That was kinda exciting, I always like seeing stupid people get caught doing stupid things. Not much going on the rest of the night. Another day of work tomorrow, and another day after that... *sigh* Target is life...
