Being grateful

A lot of my friends seem to be going through some really rough times right now emotionally, which got me to thinking about what kinds of things I do to try and keep from sinking into some kind of horrible depression.  Well a lot of it for me is second nature by now but wasn't always. Well said. And I think you're in a wonderful position to not be falling into a severe depression. But something I think everyone should take from this is - therapy works. It's worth every penny, if you find the right therapist. It's helpful for very many people, and necessary for some. I'm glad you're able to cope with everything that's been thrown at you. I know you've been through a lot, and I'm sure I don't even know the half of it. Keep hangin in there and take care, you're a good person and you will be rewarded handsomely, I'm sure of it.

the mirror thing doesn't seem like too bad of an idea :O
only my parents might wonder who i'm talking to in the bathroom ;)

i do need something to get me out of this deep depression i'm in lately though. today i did feel better but some days i'm just totally down.
