I do, too! You leave the best comments!

You know, while I still believe that. Now, I don't see that scene as being an example of why they couldn't work. I think they were just both "being," they do have such a profound connection. Who really cares if one is more innocent than the other?

Yeah, I think we've already seen that Effy is afraid of love. Remember in Effy 2 "love love love. And what is it good for? absolutely nothing." It's probably a matter of not being in control.

I think it's interesting to consider how Effy and Ophelia really do contrast each other. I think it's sort of a reversal since in this episode the actions of Effy do control Freddie. She's sort of more in the Hamlet role like that. However, she's certainly not in control, either, Freddie's actions do make an impact.

I know! I thought that was so fascinating. I loved what YOU said about how they just don't see him as having an ambition/concern at all, even though clearly we know that he does.

That was really interesting. The way she put it. "I know where's it's been." It'll be interesting to see how she and Pandora are getting on since clearly she's still upset about it.

Did you see that clip from Naomi's episode, with her and Freddie? Amazing stuff.

Yeah, I think in his episode, at least, we saw that Cook cares. But since the actions of his episode really taught him nothing since nothing happened to him, he just has been able to go out and make the same mistakes. And so now we see that though he does act in some ways out of loyalty and affection, he really is careless and hurtful towards those that he believes that he loves. It's interesting cause I read a lot of people questioning what will happen to Cook next season. Like will he be redeemed like Tony? Will he fall in love? What's gonna alter that character? And ultimately will it be a positive change or will he become more fucked up/destructive?

Yes! Anwar the Magnificent! Though, I thought he was in London having a laugh! What's he doing boxing around with Cook? Haha, I think that reference and his "well blow bubbles up my bollocks" line were the only think he said in that scene that understood at all, intially. Boy was majorly slurring.
OH AND I REMEMBERED THE OTHER REFERENCE. JOSIE SAID "You'll all fail your A levels if you don't read the pucking book!" EEEEE!
God, I love Josie. It killed me that not only did she have a hand puppet student, but that she named him JERALD. Crazzy.
