Summary: Kara has a talk with Karl about their past, present and future.
A/N: The title is taken from the Simon and Garfunkel song 'Bookends'. I couldn't think of the right title for this and when I went back and reread it, the tone reminded me of that song. Two old friends sitting and talking of life.
