Baltar/Gaeta - um, pretty much every time they're in the same room? ;)
Tigh/Adama - especially when Tigh's in sickbay after Adama's been shot, Revelations, and when they say goodbye for Tigh to go down to New Cap.
Anders/Leoben -- also really good in Six of One, when Sam holds a gun on Leoben and throws him around Kara's quarters. *whimpers* WHY ARE THEY SO FRAKKING HOT?!?!?!?! *goes back to fic becasue I have NO willpower*
Helo/Lee - the workout scene, y/y? (and feel free to stick in the part where Helo's stalking around his quarters half naked in TWK - because, y'know, eyecandy)
And finally, because it CRACKS ME UP every single time, when Doral serves Doral a latte in 'Downloaded'! hee!
OH yes! And am I the only one who could totally see Romo/Lee? Because the Episode of Boringness was only enlivened by imagining the two of them Sexin during the commercials...
and also, *makes vague wavey hands* whatever it's called when Sam is holding the gun on Leoben on Demetrius. (GIP) probably not actually Six of One. All of S.4 is like one big episode to me, and I can never remember which one is which.

And OF COURSE, Lee comforting Sam in "The Son Also Rises". There's also a memorial hallway scene between them at the end of the episode.
I think I'll put all the Baltar/Gaeta I can think of in another comment.
Revelations definitely confirmed that I could make this vid, with all the great small moments of celebration that are SO SLASHABLE, so thanks for all the pointers :D
