Wow. This fic retains the visceralness of the original but this time all of it from Gaius' point of view. Interesting. How both of them are actually feeling similarly but they don't really know it. Yet they do find something together here. Both end not alone and with a teeny bit of hope. :-)

I liked getting an insight of what Baltar might be feeling. An insight into his head. I'll be thinking about this story for a while. :-)

Hey mystery author, thanks so much for doing such a great job with one of my favorites! It's a very respectful remix, in the way that you preserved so much of the original events and dialogue; yet you still very much managed to make it your own. I can tell that you thought a lot about the implications of this simple encounter, thought about it in ways that hadn't even occurred to me when I originally wrote this for a porn battle. It's so gratifying to see my ideas played out to their logical extensions ( ... )

Porn in remix, woohoo! I like what you've done with this one, seeing it from Gaius' point of view, and the different motivations they have.
I like the comparisons between Six and Felix as well, that was an interesting touch.

A reflective, penitent Baltar! That's a rarity, and a real treat to read. It's fascinating how you use sex to show how Baltar has grown as a person. The story has an especially interesting effect when read in conjunction with the original story from Felix's perspective, adding to the frustration of how little these two understand about each other, even though they're so close physically and even, in an unhealthy and twisted way, emotionally. Very nice!

I like this a lot! I really enjoy this little follow-through to what Gaius was showing the potential to become- someone who actually understood what he had done, someone genuinely wanting to be better. And yet, it is still very Gaius. ;)

The end left me wondering if maybe this Felix actually isn't real? On the one hand, in the original fic it clearly was, and that was clearly an AU, so Felix being alive in this version of things without explanation could just be the way things are. But on the other hand, Gaius thinking so long about the fact that Felix is acting so much like Head!Six made me wonder, right along with him, just who exactly is there with him. I don't know whether that was the intent, but it was definitely cool.
