My poor precious darling and all the contradictions in her mind! I love all of it- her finding Julius's trowel, "that onslaught of intimacy,"- but I especially love the bits about being used to shared thoughts, the comfort of familiar reasoning, and not knowing where she ended and her sister began, because I looove thinking about Cylons and their particular kind of intimacy.

I never really gave much thought to Caprica or her sisters, but your account here (this fic) makes me consider giving them a second chance.

it's interesting to read of cylon (Caprica's) fears, and other, related, emotions...like the thing somewhere between guilt and heaviness.

Ooh, this is fascinating! I haven't given much thought before to how head!Gaius would have influenced Caprica beyond the events of downloaded, but it would have been rather terrible for her to have him there as a constant reminder of what she'd done. Very interesting!
