Um, this ended up being more a Bill piece than L/K, and it refused to cooperate when I tried to fix it. :( Also, I couldn't remember Kara's rank at this point, and Battlestar Wiki was not at all helpful. On the bright side, this may have sparked an idea for a longer fic
