The mediatations/thoughts can be usful physically, but in a meditative way of thinking, at least for me, for week one (Chesed/Mercy/Love) I will be thinking in terms of unity. So for day one, Chesed of Chesed, or Mercy/Love of Mercy/Love.
Also note that the Jewish day begins at sundown, so Tuesday at sundown is the second day (but first day of the counting), until Wednesday at sundown.
