No, she doesn't romantically love her sister. It has the vibe - she's pretty insecure and desperate at the moment so she's searching for some connection - but actual romantic or sexual feelings for Claudia on Janine's part weren't what I was going for.

I loved Janine trying to figure *why* she felt that way, as if it were easily explanianable. Also that ending was pure sweetness.
