Andrew says they don't fit but Karen freaking insists that he wear them anyway and safety pin them.--Why isn't Andrew going to Lisa or Seth for this? There's no damn way I'd wear something that might possibly fall down because they don't fit. And this is why you shouldn't involve her, Andrew. The kid doesn't listen. She's a 7 year old know it all. Even if Andrew's humiliated, it won't matter to her. She's just happy because her ego went up another size or two.

She also puts the pin on them, but it falls off. I sense trouble in the future, all I am saying.--You and me both.

and why Andrew is being forced to wear pants that don't fit for a school performance.--And that's just mind blowing to me. Why is basically a 4 year old responsible for getting what he needs for his costume? You'd think the parents would see the part their child has in the play and they would get the necessary equipment to make anything that needs to be made or purchase it if they don't have anything close to what's needed. Shit like this is another thing that really makes me question Karen's intelligence. I would think even another 4 year old would look at the baggy pants and realize "Those look big on you. They're gonna fall down!"

Karen tells him he is prepared for the play and ominously says "nothing can go wrong" which obviously means something will.--But it won't be on you, will it? Andrew will be the one left holding the bag since the adults are too stupid to look at Andrew in his costume and realize they're too damn baggy and will fall down.

Enjoyed the snark! :)
