I seriously think Claudia might be morally opposed to learning something
that isn’t art.

So do I.

I’m not sure if I would have thought Claudia was cool.

I really can't see her classmates thinking she's cool.
Wouldn't they think she was weird given how she dresses?
Plus a BSC member?

Or maybe it’s a mixture of both.

I think this both.

It’s a nice feeling doing well on a subject you aren’t really good at.

Its a great feeling

It’s nice that Claudia studied and went back to check her work. She should feel proud of herself

This is nice too. She should be proud of herself.

My best friend and I rarely had classes together in high school and we had strict parents, so it’s not like we could just be like, “Let’s just go to the mall.”

My best friend lived clear across town. We didn't get to hang out much
either because it was a pain for our parents to drive clear across town.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the BSC split up even more in high school.

Me neither. I really don't see them hanging out together except
Kristy and Mary Anne, and that's mostly because I don't see Mary Anne
ever ditching Kristy. I don't see Claudia and Stacey remaining friends
or them with Kristy and Mary Anne. Abby would probably end up friends
with her soccer teammates

I’d say Mallory would probably feel like she didn’t fit in.

Ah, yeah, has she met Mallory?

I think lots of people in middle school felt like that.

Definitely. Even in the eighth grade.

Second of all, Claudia never had any trouble making friends in seventh grade.
They were all kissing her ass

Exactly, she never even had to try.
