Not a snark... but wanted to explore this
I've always been curious... how do you see the members of the BSC as adults? What are their lives like?
I see Kristy coming out as homosexual, getting married, and she and her wife having four-five kids, probably one adopted. She would also foster animals. Her job would combine her passions of babysitting and athletics, so maybe a coach or a gym teacher?
Mary Anne I see as a teacher or librarian, living in her favorite place in the world: NYC. She would marry a man met in college, and probably have two-three kids.
Claudia drops out of high school and goes to a vocational school to work on her art. She eventually gets her GED. She had a number of boyfriends between Stoneybrook High School and vocational school. She moves around a lot. Her career is selling her art in studios, or maybe being an art teacher since she loves kids. She makes jewelry in her spare time. It was hard for her to settle with a dude because she is such a hoarder, but I like Claudia and like to envision her with a happy future, so I see her eventually settling down with a man who is a fellow artist, or possibly a writer, met while traveling abroad to do art shows.
Stacey does well in high school, but ends up pregnant her senior year. It's high risk because of her diabetes, but she and child end up okay and she is able to graduate. She is a single mom but manages to get an accounting degree. She ends up with two more kids and has no idea who the daddies are, leading to a brief stint on Maury Show. She has fallen in luv with a serious of dreamy hunks since high school, but can't seem to settle. She ends up taking in Charlotte Johansen when she struggles in high school. She never settles but she always has a boyfriend. She is successful though, as she works as an accountant with a side job helping kids with diabetes manage their diets and cope with their illnesses.
Dawn ends up moving to California permanently after high school. She is one of those assholes who acts like anyone who doesn't follow her diet is inferior and going to have massive health issues. She is a gluten-free vegan and always posts articles on her Facebook about why her diet makes her superior to others. She organizes a lot of environment related protests. She briefly tried a diet with red meat to appease a man she was crushing on. She is currently single and living with Sunny Winslow as a roommate.
Mallory never permanently returned to Stoneybrook after boarding school. Tired of being treated as an unpaid nanny, she completes high school and gets accepted into Emory University as a writing major. She publishes a few childrens' book as well as an autobiography. She marries a fellow author and ends up with four children.
Jessi is hard because Ann said she never became a professional dancer, but she lacks any other personality skills that can be used to determine her future. So I am just going to say she wrote a book about being a successful African American woman and fighting against racism and prejudices. She lives near Mallory, and they were roommates at some point.
