--yeah, i feel for this kid. i was a super shy kid and am still a super shy adult, i don't do well with questioning like this, or talking much, especially in front of strangers. she's lucky she got anything other than a few shrugs outta the kid.
"lmfao, of course I'm loving the Shatner gif. :D"
--i hoped you would!! shatner is da bomb. have you ever seen 'go ask alice' btw? shatner was the dad in that movie, it was pretty astounding. it's on youtube! this is the last link i had for it, should still be up, i watched it a few months ago: https:// youtu.be/ CBxT53r2AlU
"Applauding Mary Anne here. This is the kind of stuff we should've seen more of"
--seriously, props to her for this, especially since it was KRISTY she was calling out for being mean, i can't imagine that being easy for her at ALL given their long history and kristy's reign of terror over these girls. i wish we'd seen more of this too!!
"Charlotte's parents suck."
--i couldn't agree more. :(
"I'm dying over here at the dick comic. I saved that one tbh! LOL!"
--LOL!! yay! i have tons of these old comic images saved on my laptop, been trying to find ways to work as many in as possible because some of them are fucking hysterical. :D
"Amazing snark! Can't wait for the next part! :)"
--thank you!! i was able to work on it a bit last night so soon i should have enough chapters to post part three!!

--i have no idea, but it was super fucking gross. this is pretty much a "jailbait" situation right here. charlie needs to stop spending so much time around 13 year olds, he seems to think it's okay to lust over/date them at this point. he needs to spend more time around people his own damned age. a 17 year old dating a 13 year old? NOT ACCEPTABLE. not in my books anyway!--Absolutely agree with you there. It's truly scenes like that one that makes me really wonder about the drugs the writers were on. I really think they were on something.
--funny thing is, they don't even write in tasha's reactions to any of this, she's just propped up in the scene as eye candy for kristy, charlie and mary anne. if i were her, i'd avoid all of these people, because i can't imagine all the lustful looks she appears to be getting from these three is anything less than uncomfortable as fuck for her. if i were her, i'd fucking leave the room. especially with creeper charlie undressing her with his damned eyes.--Agreed. I'd get the major creeps seeing any of them ever again
--yeah, i feel for this kid. i was a super shy kid and am still a super shy adult, i don't do well with questioning like this, or talking much, especially in front of strangers. she's lucky she got anything other than a few shrugs outta the kid. --Same here. I've honestly pretty much accepted how I'm gonna be this way for the rest of my life. I'm somebody that's happy being a wallflower. I don't want to be center of attention in anything tbh.

I had an inner fan girl moment because Andy Griffith is in the movie too. The book was pretty amazing too. Thanks for the link. I usually don't have many things to watch at nights so I'm definitely adding this to my 'to watch' list. :)

--totally true. they deal with this kind of stuff so badly. damn, even real people tend to deal with this kind of stuff badly. i know when i'm having a panic attack, having someone dismiss whatever i'm worked up about just makes it worse. hell, being told to "calm down" makes it worse. there are much better ways to deal with things when someone is anxious/worried/scared like that, being dismissive is more damaging than some people seem to realize/comprehend.

--i couldn't agree more. they HAD to be to think that shit like this and the countless other awful things in these books were okay to write and publish. either that, or ann and the majority of ghostwriters were were/are just really fucking horrendous people. i will never understand how they could think some of this shit was okay to publish, especially in books that were primarily read by young kids. not fucking cool. they should not be normalizing things like this in books for impressionable kids.
"Agreed. I'd get the major creeps seeing any of them ever again"
--i guess it's lucky she won't have to live in this town long, but still...

--same!!! are we twins, separated at birth or something? ;P

--yes! andy griffith as the hip priest who helps kids! LOL. this movie was pretty damned amazing, for mostly unintentional reasons, i've watched it a number of times in the last five months alone. it's crazy. lol. it's so messed up that the book was passed off as being real for so long that many people still believe it (and beatrice sparks' other "anonymous" style diaries) is true.
and you're welcome, btw!
"I'll look forward to seeing them since that one cracked me up so much!"
--:DDDD i hope the rest crack you up just as much!
i should be posting the third part pretty soon, my computer was kind of out of commission for awhile, but i have it back now, so yay for that! i'll try and get part three up sometime over the weekend. :D
