#75 Jessi's Horrible Prank, Chapters 11-15

Okay, finally, the conclusion of Jessi's Horrible Prank. Next time I'll make sure I have the whole book snarked before posting at all.

My real-life adult version of Jessi swooped in, demonstrated a flawless Downward Head Up Ass position, and swept away. It was the best possible inspiration for finishing this up.

Chapters 11-15 )

I simplified steps.--Shouldn't you have been doing that to start with? Everybody's not an expert dancer like you are, Jessi.

Seriously, why did he even come?--As assbackwards as SMS can be, it wouldn't surprise me if all the staff was told they had to be there.

I'm a little biased because Jessi annoys me so much,--She does me too. The only compliment I can give Jessi is giving her and Mallory credit when they stay out of the older cult member's bullshit. So yeah, +1 on cult maturity from the younger members. That's all I like about Jessi.

The moral is that he wasn't meant to be a waiter and Mr. Trout wasn't meant to be a teacher.--I thought about it in another way. What if he enjoyed the idea of teaching, idea of bright students that are eager to learn, etc. He shows up and realizes he's got students that are brats? There won't be anybody eager to learn anything educational because they're too busy fucking around? Teaching really might've been his dream and that dream just went down the toilet.

Anyway, Jessi pins a petition on the bulletin board for kids to sign in order to reinstate Mr. Trout. Only the other BSC members sign it. What a shocker.--Jessi's so naive. Okay, the rest of the student body's either happy to see him gone or don't give a fuck. Did Jessi ever think about a lot of people signing the petition so they could get Mr. Trout back so they can fuck with the teacher every single day because it was the highlight of their day? Maybe Jessi will think about Mr. Trout when Mallory's getting called "spaz girl" and bullied until she moves away from SMS/Stoneybrook. The dread Mallory was going through when it concerns just getting out of bed and going to school has to be the same way Mr. Trout felt about teaching a bunch of brats. He's not coming back, Jessi. Even if you got on your hands and knees begging him to come back, it's not going to happen.

I wish I could have been there for these Follies. I mean, really:--I just hate the Mr. Trout storyline tbh. I wish the BSC Folly show had been the only plot in the book. I enjoyed this that much. :D

Marilyn/Kristy turned the hands of the rusty old clock to five-thirty and screamed at the top of her lungs, "ORDER! OR ELSE!"--I fucking love it. Marilyn's nailing Kristy's personality 100%

It wasn't so horrible to be imitated in a show.--Jessi, you might paint yourself out to be a victim a lot of the times, overall you're very accepted in your school and Stoneybrook. Mr. Trout wasn't. He was having a rough time even before the Follies. Once again I'll point to Mallory's bullying storyline coming up. What if this BSC Folly had taken place during that storyline and the version of Mallory used in the BSC Folly was Mallory as a spaz girl? I don't think Mallory would be laughing at that.

Jessi's moment of truth completely obliterated by this fan letter from Mr. T. Seriously, "many talents"?--I kinda get why he worded it that way. If he overall thought Jessi was a nice kid in his class, he was probably that damn thankful for the few students that were quiet, nice, respectful, etc. And no matter what Jessi's reasons were for writing Mr. Trout the letter, Mr. Trout probably did appreciate the fact that she took the time to write it. Anyway, I get why he was kind enough to write that in return.
